At Body Basics our number one goal is customer satisfaction for our babes to love their purchase look and feel good. So if you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to contact us so we can help you.
We have a 7 DAY RETURN POLICY which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not process refunds back to the original form of payment. Store Credit is issued in the form of an E-Gift Card. Eligible returns must be dropped off to the mail carrier no later than on the 7th day. Please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return.
We kindly emphasize that all items must remain in original unworn, undamaged, unaltered, sell-able condition. This includes no odor, stains, alterations, pet hair or visible damage. Please take a look carefully at your items before returning.
Due to the following nature of these items the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return/store credit:

Rompers
-
Bodysuits
-
Swimwear
-
White/Ivory/cream/beige/(light almost white colored items)

Sets that include undergarments

Hats/headwear

Lingerie
All returns must be submitted through the return portal. The portal will walk you through the return process and provide detailed instructions. If the return is sent back past the 7-day return policy, ineligible, or unapproved the return will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued.
Processing time: Store credit via E-gift card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our return center. Please allow 5-7 Business days from the date the return is received by us to be processed. Your E- Gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Body Basics does not credit original shipping charges.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Body Basics reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/ or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:

An irregular or excessive return history indicative of "wardrobing"

An irregular or excessive return history involving potential fraudulent or criminal activity,

An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
Body Basics, reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Wardrobing & Excessive Returns
Our customer protection team also handles situations that may flag their attention in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations our Customer Protection Team will reach our to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the matter or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. We would never want to reject our customers, but we must ensure the safety and welfare and comfort of all our Body Basics customers across the globe.
