All items are in stock ready to ship. Orders are processed within 3 business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays).

• Orders ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.
• All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Body Basics is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

Body Basics is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping over $100.00 requires a signature upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Here at Body Basics we understands that ordering online is not easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.

We have a  7 DAY RETURN POLICY  which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not process refunds back to the original form of payment. Store Credit is issued in the form of an E-Gift Card. Eligible returns must be dropped off to the mail carrier no later than on the 7th day.  Please check our full retun policy to see if your item is eligible for a return.
